Facilities Hire
Newlands is proud to be at the heart of its local community, and we are delighted to make our facilities available for community use outside of school hours.
The following facilities are available for hire:
- Gym – A well-equipped space, ideal for fitness classes, dance groups, and smaller-scale activities.Sports Hall – A spacious, versatile hall suitable for a wide range of sports and events, including badminton, netball, basketball, and five-a-side football.

Our Sports Pitches - Newlands benefits from extensive outdoor sports facilities, set within our attractive school grounds. Our pitches are maintained to a high standard throughout the year and provide an excellent venue for training sessions, matches, and tournaments.
Our outdoor facilities include:
- Grass Pitches – Full-size and junior pitches suitable for football, rugby, and other field sports, carefully maintained all year round.
- Netball & Tennis Courts – Hard-surface, all-weather courts, marked for both netball and tennis, and available for individual or block bookings.
- Athletics Facilities – During the summer months, our grounds are marked out for track and field events, ideal for clubs and athletics groups.
Whether you're a grassroots football club looking for a regular home ground, a coach seeking training space, or an organisation planning a sports day or tournament, our grounds offer the space and flexibility to suit your needs. Changing facilities are available on site.
Our facilities offer excellent value and are available for regular weekly bookings as well as one-off events. Whether you're a local sports club, fitness instructor, or community group, we'd love to hear from you.
