Newlands is the only non-selective girls' school in the area — and that's something I'm proud of. Here, every captain, every lead role, every voice in the room is hers. Our girls grow up bold, brilliant and heard, discovering what they're capable of and leaving us knowing how to use their voice. Watching that happen is the greatest privilege of my job.
