Year 7 French:

  • Produce a revision poster on Modules 1, 2 and 3.
  • Complete any outstanding work from your Grammar booklet.
  • Work on your Booklet 4: make a poster to help you learn the vocab and complete all the exercises.

Year 8 French

  • In your French exercise book, complete the following from your Expo 2 Rouge French textbook: pages 114 to 123 (all exercises).

 

Year 8 German

  • In your German exercise book, complete the following from your Echo 2 Rot German textbook: pages 110 to 117 (all exercises).

 

Year 8 Spanish

  • In your Spanish exercise book, complete the following from your Viva 2 Spanish textbook: pages 126 to 135 (all exercises).

 

Year 9 French

  • Re-write neatly your answers to the Speaking (February 2020) and Writing (November 2019) assessment questions. You will need to learn these for the Year 9 Writing exam in May.
  • In your French exercise book, complete the following from your Expo 3 Rouge French textbook: pages 114 to 125 (all exercises).

 

Year 9 German

  • Re-write neatly your answers to the Speaking (February 2020) and Writing (November 2019) assessment questions. You will need to learn these for the Year 9 Writing exam in May.
  • In your German exercise book, complete the following from your Echo 3 Rot German textbook: pages 110 to 117 (all exercises).

 

Year 9 Spanish

  • Re-write neatly your answers to the Speaking (February 2020) and Writing (November 2019) assessment questions. You will need to learn these for the Year 9 Writing exam in May.
  • In your Spanish exercise book, complete the following from your Mira 3 Spanish textbook: pages 112 to 123 (all exercises).

 

Year 10 French, German and Spanish

  • Complete as many double-pages as you can from your Grammar and Translation workbook, starting at the beginning. Then email Mr O’Connell to ask for the mark-scheme so that you can self-mark in green pen.
  • Complete the grammar exercises at the back of your textbook (Viva! Stimmt! or Studio) in your exercise book.
  • Use your textbook and the links on this page to learn vocabulary.
  • Use apps such as Duolinguo, Quizlet and Memrise for the interactive learning and reinforcement of vocabulary.

 

Year 11 French, German and Spanish

  • Learn your General Conversation from your speaking booklet for the speaking exam.
  • Use the AQA website to practise and self-mark specimen and past papers for listening and reading.
  • Complete all remaining pages from the Grammar and Translation workbook, then self-mark using the mark-schemes already emailed to you.
  • Use your textbook and the links on this page to learn vocabulary.
  • For German, use the power-point sent to you to practise role-plays.
  • Use apps such as Duolinguo, Quizlet and Memrise for the interactive learning and reinforcement of vocabulary.

 

Year 12 French, German and Spanish

  • Revise all speaking stimulus cards completed so far.
  • Make preparation notes for any stimulus cards in your pack which you have not yet completed.
  • Re-read your set film.
  • Revise essays already written and marked.
  • Write “clean copies” of essays already written and marked.
  • Revise vocab using your Hodder textbook and the vocabulary pages on Dynamic Learning.
  • Complete AQA AS past papers from website and self-mark.
  • Complete all tasks from your Hodder Revision and Practice Workbooks (Themes 1 and 2) and self-mark.
  • Use my.dynamic-learning.co.uk > Grammar to complete and submit the self-marking grammar activities for your language.

 

Year 13 French, German and Spanish

  • Continue investigating, learning and practising your IRP.
  • Revise all speaking stimulus cards completed so far.
  • Make preparation notes for any stimulus cards in your pack which you have not yet completed.
  • Re-read your set text and re-watch your film.
  • Revise essays already written and marked.
  • Write “clean copies” of essays already written and marked.
  • Write plans or full essays for any titles provided which you have not yet done.
  • Revise vocab using your Hodder textbook and the vocabulary pages on Dynamic Learning.
  • Complete AQA A Level past papers from website and self-mark.
  • Complete all tasks from your Hodder Revision and Practice Workbooks (Themes 3 and 4) and self-mark.
