The school works with a variety of partners: Reading University, Oxford Brookes University, Royal Borough Windsor and Maidenhead, The Ellington Project and local schools.
The school supports all borough staff on a range of sustained courses including GCSE, A levels, Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), Graduate Training Programme (GTP), Post Graduate Certificate of Education (PGCE), Leading from The Middle (LfTM), Leadership Pathways, National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH) and Masters Degree Programmes. Many of our staff are trainers and deliver training in our school as well as locally and nationally.
The school has excellent links with the Local Authority and local schools and also increased its training provision to respond to the needs of the community and extended schools.
