AIMS:
- To develop pupils’ ICT capability in line with the National Curriculum
- To stimulate and encourage an interest in, and enjoyment of, the use of ICT
- To develop confidence and practical skills in the use of ICT
- To enable pupils to apply ICT in all subject areas
All pupils in Years 7, 8 and 9 study ICT in a single 1 hour lesson each week in an ICT room. In Year 10 all pupils are studying GCSE ICT (short) in a single 1 hour lesson each week. Year 11 are able to use their ICT skills and knowledge across the curriculum.
